The 2017 award for Outstanding Congregational Library is given to All Saints Catholic Church, in Dallas, TX. The librarian is Maria Isabel Garcia. All those who visited the library during the 2015 conference Denton will know that this award is well-deserved. The library supports numerous programs in the parish, has a vibrant volunteer base and is well stocked in all forms of media to support the ministry of the congregation.
